Azvient OS · Software built around your business

Your business is unique.
Your software should be too.

Custom implementation · Ongoing operation

When cases are scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected tools, you don't need yet another dashboard. You need a place where everyone can see their work and what happens next.

HOW IT HELPS DAY TO DAY

Less searching. More clarity on every case.

An enquiry, quote request or internal task shouldn't get lost between inboxes and spreadsheets. Azvient OS brings the relevant details, owners and next actions into one workspace — designed around the way your team works.

See what that could look like in practice.

Switch between the three views. This interactive example uses sample data; it isn't an off-the-shelf CRM forced on every business.

What working together looks like

We plan it with you.
We keep it working with you.

Implementation

No technical brief required

We begin with a conversation and the workflow you already have. Together, we choose the first problem worth solving and what the team should get in the first useful version.

Let's discuss your workflow

Operation

Someone to turn to after launch

Support, operation, bug fixes and later changes are agreed upfront. You'll know what the service includes before you commit.

What you should know

The questions we'd ask in your position.

Do you need custom software at all? What will your team see? What does it cost? Here are the practical answers without the jargon.

When do I actually need custom software?

When enquiries, tasks or approvals are scattered across tools and tracking them takes real time from your team. If one simple existing tool already solves the problem, we won't push you into a new system.

What will my team see each day?

The cases, information and next steps relevant to their jobs. For example, who contacted you, what's missing, who's responsible and where a case stands. Not everyone needs the same complicated dashboard.

We already use several tools. Must we replace everything?

Not necessarily. We first see what already works and should stay. We only commit to integrations after checking technical feasibility, access requirements and any additional costs.

How long until we can actually use it?

That depends on the number of workflows and integrations. We identify a useful first version, then agree on its timeline and handover before development starts.

What does it cost? Is there a monthly fee?

There isn't one price for every business. The proposal separates discovery and development, ongoing operation, and any external service costs. The scope of monthly support is agreed in advance rather than appearing later.

Who can access our data, and what happens to it?

We design permissions around actual roles: who can view or change what. The proposal clarifies data handling, storage, access and handover requirements upfront rather than leaving them as surprises.

How do we begin without a full specification?

Just show us how your team works today and where things get stuck. In the initial conversation, we'll decide whether custom software is worthwhile and, if so, which small, measurable problem to solve first.

You don't need a technical specification to start

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

A few sentences about how you handle cases today and where things get stuck are enough. We'll tell you what is worth building — and what isn't.
