Azvient / Shipped work

One event. Multiple customer journeys. One working system.

NightDrive Vol. 02 — digital event experience and Event Ops

NightDrive is not a fictional design concept. It's a live automotive event where the website, ticket purchase, exhibitor applications and organiser operations actually connect. This is what we mean by building a complete digital system.

Real system modules

Not another invented CRM card.

The interface below is based on the navigation and modules in NightDrive's live Event Ops system. Internal customer data and current financial figures are omitted from the public view. The functionality is real; this is not a live account login.

The challenge

A website alone doesn't run an event.

Visitors need a clear ticket purchase journey. Exhibitors need to submit vehicle information and photographs. Organisers need to review applications, track tickets and validate entry at the gate. When those steps live in disconnected systems, the team has to bridge the gaps manually.

The response was not just a landing page, but a connected event workflow.

What we built

From visitor action to operator decision.

01

For visitors

Ticketing on the event website

Discovering the event, choosing a ticket, online payment and the ticket journey belong to one customer-facing flow.

02

For exhibitors

Structured applications

Vehicle details, photos and relevant information arrive together. Organisers can review and decide within the same workflow.

03

For organisers

An operating Event Ops interface

Ticket states, applications, review tasks, admission and access management are linked to the same event.

04

At the gate

Admission workflow

Entry validation and operator access are part of the system, not a separate manually maintained list.

Why this matters

Not just a better interface. Fewer disconnected steps.

Event customer actions and internal operator tasks now belong to a connected workflow. That is the difference between a standalone marketing site and Azvient's approach. We do not invent measurable business outcomes here.

AZVIENT / CUSTOM SYSTEMS

Your business doesn't need a copy of NightDrive.

The value isn't in reproducing the same menu. It's in connecting the right customer actions to how your business actually operates. That's where we start a new project.
